  • Crossrail, the rail link from Maidenhead and Heathrow to Shenfield and Abbey Wood with a tunnel section running under central London. Development of phase one has started with services due to begin on the new line in 2018

  • on-shore energy exploration and production including areas licensed for hydraulic fracturing (fracking)

  • solar farms, wind farm and wind turbines - the report indicates whether a property is near to any operational, proposed or planned sites
  •
  • the Yorkshire and Humber CCS Cross Country Pipeline - this National Grid proposal will involve the construction of 75km of onshore pipeline and associated infrastructure for the transportation of carbon dioxide.
