Search reports – Further Action & Next Steps

Come along for a lunchtime learning session hosted by Devon and Somerset Law Society on Tuesday 8th March from 13.00-14.00.

Allie Parsons from Landmark will be delivering a presentation providing guidance on next steps following receiving a search report which contains a further action notice and why it’s important not to ignore gaining further information.

Chris Harrop will be joining from Wessex Water, to discuss the topic of pipework and Build-over legislation. Chris brings a wealth of knowledge, having worked in the industry for a number of years and will be provide expert guidance and advice.

There will be a Q&A opportunity at the end.
