FCI’s new CON29M and Premium Plus CON29M reports

Future Climate Info (FCI) will be introducing two brand new reports on 22nd March 2021. These reports will be available to order on our portal for residential transactions only.

FCI CON29M

The FCI CON29M is licensed by the Law Society and includes all 11 of the official CON29M search questions. It will also provide you with a rating from pass to further action required for each of the responses, helping you to quickly identify any risk areas.

FCI Premium Plus CON29M

This report is a combined product between the FCI Premium report and the FCI CON29M. It draws data from a range of sources to bring you an assessment of core environmental and coal mining risks.

The FCI Premium Plus CON29M covers the following areas:

• Ground Stability
• Energy & Infrastructure
• CON29M
