Important Groundsure Product Update

From the week commencing 23rd June, a Mine Entry Interpretive Report will be included as standard in Groundsure’s CON29M, GeoRisk + and Avista reports where mine entries are identified within 20m of the property.

With over 130,000 properties within 20m of a recorded mine entry, this innovation saves you unnecessary stress and expense of purchasing additional reports.

Groundsure are utilising new data, with their interpretive analysis built in to provide an assessment to the main building and the rest of the property - no delays, no add-ones and no extra costs.

  • Digitised boundaries showing the main building and property;
  • Detailed map showing plotted mine entry and zone of influence;
  • Information on any treatment details, recorded depth and diameter;
  • Information on mine entry type (shaft or adit);
  • Includes records where the mine entry is outside 20m but still impacts the property;
  • A professional opinion by trusted mining experts with over 40 years experience.
