Wessex Searches new online ordering platform

We are delighted to announce our new system arrives at 9am on Monday 23 June 2025.

Please note our systems will be down for maintenance from 4pm on Friday 20 June 2025. Whilst the system is down for maintenance you will not be able to log on or place any orders, including XML orders.

If you are an existing customer, you will receive an email on the morning of Monday 23 June 2025 with the subject ‘You’re invited to join Wessex Searches’. In this email you will be provided a registration link where you will be asked to create a password. Once you have created your password, you will be able to log in and start placing orders.

The new system will offer improved customer service and ease of ordering.

Once you have registered and set up your profile, you will be able to take advantage of a range of services including:

  • viewing and paying invoices online
  • a streamlined ordering process
  • land registry mapping
  • Anti-money laundering searches.

In addition, customers can invite new users to their accounts and set up new branches, as well as send and track queries through the portal.

The new system will offer improved integration opportunities which will allow more of our customers to automatically place and receive orders.

The streamlined processes will enable us to serve our customers more efficiently while maintaining our personal, professional and proactive service you are accustomed to.

Our new ordering platform has been designed to be easy to use and navigate, but we have also produced a short demonstration video if you would like to walk through how to use the platform.
