Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering into the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Your personal information will be used in accordance with Wessex Searches's privacy policy.
  2. The Promoter is:

    Bath,
    BA2 7WW.
  3. This prize draw is exclusive to the Promoter's customers who complete the online survey (the “Survey”). In order to participate in the prize draw and claim a prize, you must be a UK resident, aged 18 years or over. This offer is not open to any employees of the Promoter or any associated group companies or their families.
  4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple submissions of the same survey or from the same person are automatically disqualified and will not result in additional entries into the prize draw.
  5. The Promoter will not accept entries that are:
    1. automatically generated by computer;
    2. completed by third parties or in bulk; or
    3. incomplete.
  6. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  7. In entering this prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to require you to provide evidence that you are eligible to claim the prize and its decision in relation to a person's eligibility to enter the prize draw and claim the prize will be final.
  8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
  9. The closing date for the prize draw is 13/10/23. All entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 23:59 on the closing date. Entries received outside this time period are automatically disqualified and will not be considered.
  10. The Promoter is offering those who enter this prize draw a chance to win a £50 National Trust Digital Gift Card. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered.
  11. One winner will be selected from all valid entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions by use of a random number generator on 16/10/23. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
  12. If the winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
  13. By claiming a prize, you accept that the prize is not manufactured or sold by the Promoter and it is provided only as an incentive to participate in the Survey. The Promoter and any associated group companies will not be liable for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this prize draw or the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw without prior notice.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend this prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
  16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England, including the seeking of all injunctive or ancillary relief actions.
