We have been informed by Dorset Council, that all search requests which were submitted post 31st October 2020 have been put on hold until early December. As they transfer their work to a new IT system.
Dorset Council have advised the following:
"We are conducting some initial testing of the new system and once the results of that are known (over the next week or so) we will aim to provide a more precise date in December when we will re-start logging the searches for West Dorset and indicative response times. From December, searches will be processed in order of receipt. We will aim to process searches as quickly as possible and are currently training staff to assist with this."
Unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to provide due dates for searches submitted with West Dorset Council.
