Groundsure Avista

Groundsure Avista Residential

The Groundsure Avista offers ten key environmental searches intelligently filtered to produce the clearest and most comprehensive risk report on the market, now with ClimateIndexTM.

It uses Land Registry polygons and Groundsure's intelligent filtering tools to only return relevant results, making it easier to view and leaving fewer blank data tables and maps.

The Groundsure Avista supports compliance with two Law Society practice notes, Law Society Conveyancing handbook guidance for ground stability and The Law Society Guidance on Climate Risks including Duty of Care and Duty to Warn.

Over 110 million data points are analysed to produce every Groundsure Avista report including mining and contaminated land features, all four major flood risks, ground stability, radon, current and planned energy features, transportation, and 10 years of planning data. It also incorporates new analyses for key transition risks from climate change impacts that could impact on property decisions: property-specific EPC ratings, tailored guidance on energy improvement costs and, where relevant, flood mitigation costs are provided as part of the ClimateIndexTM analysis, provided automatically at no extra cost in its main residential environmental searches.

The Avista Action Alert saves transaction time and trouble by providing a simple visual guide to the complexity of the environmental factors associated with a property and the likely impact any further steps will have on a transaction's progress, helping conveyancers prioritise work at a glance.

This unique feature based on Groundsure’s IQ allows busy professionals to easily identify if a transaction requires more detailed attention and/or financial investments, and plan accordingly. It presents easy to follow ‘next step’ strategies, whatever the outcome of the report.
